This page clearly sets out the rules you must follow when using this platform, including account registration, deposits/withdrawals, and bonus conditions.

General Agreement

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service on the mm38dd platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between the player and the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to continue using the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept those changes.

This platform is for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing it.

Account Registration and Player Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration

Each player may only open one account. Opening duplicate accounts or secretly creating a second account to claim bonuses (multi-accounting) will result in closure of the account without prior notice and cancellation of any remaining bonus funds.

The name, ID details, and payment account name provided when registering must match. If they do not match, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawals.

2.2 Account Security

Do not share your login credentials (username / password) with any third party. The player is solely responsible for any losses resulting from sharing account access.

If you become aware that someone else has accessed your account, contact Support immediately.

2.3 Providing False Information

If false information or deliberately misleading details are provided, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account and review all transactions.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The platform accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 3,000 Ks. If your deposit is not credited after payment, please contact our moderators.

Deposits are normally credited to your account almost instantly. Any delay may be caused by the payment provider's server processing time.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 10,000 Ks. Normal processing time from the moment a withdrawal is requested is 5 to 30 minutes.

When withdrawing, players must use the same payment method used for the deposit and the account must be in their own name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Withdrawal Attempt Verification

To prevent fraud or money laundering, we reserve the right to review each withdrawal individually. During the review we may request identification or proof of payment from the player. If these cannot be provided, the withdrawal may be placed on hold.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The mm38dd welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (Wagering Requirement).

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you an account balance of 50,000 Ks. To be eligible to withdraw, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks.

Example — If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 200,000 Ks (maximum cap), giving you an account balance of 480,000 Ks. To be eligible to withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  1. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
  2. If you request a withdrawal after claiming a bonus without completing the wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.
  3. Wagering requirements may vary for each bonus. You can get the exact details from the promotions page or Support.
  4. If a bonus is found to have been claimed on a duplicate account, it will be cancelled immediately.

4.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback is available based on your VIP level—

  1. Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
  2. Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
  3. Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
  4. Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week

VIP level progression depends on your playing regularity and volume, and we reserve the right to make that determination. Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and must be wagered twice before withdrawal.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The platform has set the following fair play rules to maintain a fair and transparent gaming environment—

Prohibition 1 — Match play between opponents

Any attempt by two players or groups to exploit bonuses through arranged play is not permitted.

Prohibition 2 — Use of Software / Bots

If any automated software, bot or script is used, the player's account may be suspended and remaining funds may be reviewed.

Prohibition 3 — Money Laundering

Betting patterns that may be considered money laundering attempts will be investigated and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Prohibition 4 — Platform Interference

Actions such as intercepting network connections, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or attempting to disrupt the service are not permitted.

Legal and Responsible Gaming

6.1 Age Restriction

The platform only allows players aged 21 and above (21+). We reserve the right to request relevant proof of age at any time after account registration, and may void transactions if it cannot be provided.

6.2 Responsible Gaming

mm38dd strongly encourages responsible gaming to protect players' wellbeing and financial health. Players are encouraged to—

  1. Only play with amounts you can afford to lose.
  2. If gaming is affecting your daily life, you can contact Support to request help and set limits.

We have the right to pause play, set play limits, and temporarily close accounts if a player requests it.

6.3 SSL Security

Service Suspension and Termination

7.1 Our Rights

If a player breaches these terms, we may — without prior notice —

  1. Suspend or permanently close the account.
  2. Cancel bonus funds and any related winnings.
  3. Place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

If we take any of these actions, the player may appeal our decision by contacting Support within 7 days.

7.2 Player Rights

A player may request Support to close their account at any time. Any remaining real money balance will be paid out after the withdrawal processing period is complete, and any unused bonus funds will be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Technical Errors

mm38dd is not liable for financial losses caused by server errors, software errors, or network outages — however, if we can confirm the error was on our side, we will refund the affected amount.

8.2 Winnings Resulting from Software Errors

Unexpected wins caused by a software error (such as a duplicate jackpot payout) will be voided and refunded. If a player is found to have deliberately exploited an error, their winnings will also be voided.

8.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, global pandemics, or power outages.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between a player and the platform, the player must first contact Support (24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]) and attempt to resolve it there.

If the matter cannot be resolved, the player must submit the complaint in writing to Support, and we will handle it through our internal mediation process to ensure a fair review.

If a player believes our decision is unfair, they have the right to escalate the matter in accordance with applicable local law.

Complaints related to financial losses must be submitted within 7 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
